Palladium Offices sustainability goals

We are committed to safe and sustainable future

The office portion of the PALLADIUM complex is sustainability certified according to the international BREEAM v6 standard.

The building management is ISO14001 certified for environmental management system compliance.

Our lease agreements include provisions for “Green Lease,” obliging tenants to collaborate on sustainability efforts, providing recommendations for construction and cleaning of leased spaces.

We issue recommendations to building tenants for resource management, including the “Ten Commandments of Sustainable Energy and Environmental Actions,” water and wood management guides, and host regular training sessions.

We have implemented an advanced waste management system that allows targeted waste allocation and promotes efficient sorting.

Regular energy audits are conducted, with investments made in recommended measures.

We are working on initiatives to neutralise our carbon footprint, with initial targets set for 2030.
